We’re excited to announce that Resolute PR has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list for the second consecutive year. Prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures.
Since its inception in 2014, we have fostered a people-first workplace culture that allows employees to consistently bring their best to the table. After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 514 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

In 2023, Resolute conducted a workforce study of over 500 participants to determine what employees really want when searching for their next career move. Topping the list were benefits like “no questions asked PTO,” opportunities to work from home, and flexible schedules to take care of family members – all benefits Resolute offers employees to ensure a high-quality work environment and work-life balance.
