Nicole Morgan, APR

As reflected by Resolute’s service offerings, Nicole brings a unique, integrated perspective to meeting today’s business and organizational challenges. She leads the firm with more than 13 years of public relations and marketing experience having advised a wide range of industries including social services, healthcare, transportation, retail, technology and finance.

Nicole’s work and community involvement have been recognized with several awards such as the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Tulsa 40 from the Tulsa Business & Legal News, Young Professional of the Year from the Public Relations Society of America Tulsa chapter and numerous Silver Link and Bronze Quill awards.

Nicole serves on the boards of Tulsa Ballet, the Forge, and Collegiate Hall. She also actively volunteers at First United Methodist Church and is a previous president of PRSA Tulsa.

Nicole Baumann

Account Coordinator

Nicole first came to Resolute PR as an intern, and now serves as an account coordinator working in social media management, market research, website development and overall client project managements.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications, Nicole was an active student leader serving as a School of Media & Strategic Communications Student Ambassador, and she served as the Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing and Social Media Chair for a National Panhellenic Sorority.

Prior to Nicole’s internship with Resolute, she interned with quality organizations like The Saville Center for Child Advocacy, Door Creek Church and Brava Magazine, gaining experience and insight into different organizations at each position.

In addition, Nicole has won a slew of awards for her work, including the Best Presenter at the National Student Advertising Competition, a first for any student at Oklahoma State University.

Natalie Cagle

Director of Digital Marketing 

As Resolute’s digital expert, Natalie brings over twelve years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and PPC advertising. Her knowledge of digital marketing is backed by intense measurement, research, and analytics which make her an integral component to Resolute’s client strategies.

She has worked for large consumer health websites such as everydayhealth.com and served as the Marketing Director for a wearable technology company, ICEdot.

In 2015, she earned the Copyblogger Certification for Content Marketing, and the organization includes her as a preferred marketer. In addition, she is a frequent guest blogger on health industry topics and entrepreneurship. She holds an ACE certification in personal training and is a triathlete.

Kristi Coker

Executive Assistant

Kristi brings almost three decades of professional experience to her role as Resolute’s Executive Assistant.

Kristi has a broad background of experience as a former first grade teacher and small-business account manager. Her professional philosophy is to have a servant’s heart, and she strives to serve others in both her personal and professional life.

Kristi currently serves on the board of the Brandon Magalassi Memorial Scholarship Foundation, where she works to promote suicide prevention awareness. In addition, she serves as a board member at Yellow Balloon Preschool, a tutor for the Adult Literacy Program and she is a classroom volunteer at the Little Light House.

Maria Grimm

Director of Account Services

As a child, Maria laid out a strategy for all the things she wanted to be when she grew up and presented this to her parents. To this date, she has checked off most on her list, except for becoming President. Today, with that same gumption, she approaches every project with this same mindset: a plan without a strategy is just an idea.

Having sat on both sides of the table, Maria brings a unique set of traits for our clients. With the ability to understand your audience needs and your goals, her strength is her approach to marketing that sparks a deep connection between you and your customers. Harvesting brand loyalty, she crafts brand strategies with content marketing that is more than a tactic. Her ability to develop a strategy which draws on the inherent talents of observation, inspiration and the value we place on the people side of business, makes her a key player for our client’s projects.

Jennifer Harrington

Account Executive 

Jennifer has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit & corporate marketing and public relations work, which is coupled with her experience in broadcast media management from several stations in Oklahoma and Arizona.

Jennifer’s strengths are in verbal and written communication work along with her problem solving and critical thinking skills. She has a diverse professional background where she has been responsible for everything from major nonprofit campaign fundraising and external media relations to executive producing news and lifestyle programs for daily broadcast.

Jennifer is also active as a volunteer, lending her expertise to organizations such as Oasis Adult Day Services, Friends of Hospice Foundation and Reading Partners as a Volunteer Reading Tutor.

Jen Kerckhoff

Director of Client Relations

Jen brings a creative and positive outlook to every issue, drawing from over a decade of experience working with business-to-consumer clients. As a part of the Resolute team, she works on Influencer Marketing, Sponsorships & Promotions, and Business Development.

During her spare time, Jen enjoys giving back to her community as much as possible. She is currently the Board Chair for The Global Foundation for Peroxisomal Disorders as well as the Co-Chair for the Hues for Hope’s fundraising event. If that wasn’t enough, she also serves as the 2019 Circle of Red Chair for the American Heart Association and the Cabinet Chair for the 12&12 Transforming Recovery Campaign.

Jen is also a regular columnist for Tulsa Kids Magazine, in which she chronicles her life as a mother of twin girls in her “Tulsa Times Two” blog.

Ally Lightle

Media Relations

Ally’s intuition, quick ability to learn about new industries and positive attitude make her an instant favorite among Resolute’s clients. She provides daily support to the firm’s accounts and continues to bring a steady stream of new ideas to the table.

A former associate producer for Fox23, Ally brings vital knowledge about the inner workings of the newsroom. She’s able to quickly identify story opportunities among Resolute’s clients and continually nurtures relationships with local, regional and national media. In addition, her creative thinking often guides client projects and springs new ideas to help meet an organization’s goals.

Ally volunteers at the Little Lighthouse, Broadway Baptist Church and serves on The Lindsey House board.

Andrea Nieves

Digital Producer

A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Andrea received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing before moving to Tulsa to complete a year of service with City Year.

Her experience with City Year, as well as her following Fellowship with the George Kaiser Family Foundation, helped her gain a better understanding of the Tulsa community and culture. As a Program Fellow, she also had the opportunity to strengthen her skills in social media management and data analysis.

At Resolute, she supports our digital marketing team with digital strategy, advertising, and marketing. As a native to Mexico City, Andrea also brings her fluency in Spanish to the Resolute team.

Andrea serves on the Community Health Connection and City Year Alumni Boards and is a Brand Ambassador and Co-Crew Leader of the Attraction Crew for TYPros.

Lacey Taylor

Account Executive

Lacey believes “success in the community leads to success in business” and approaches every project with this mindset. She primarily manages the firm’s non-profit and community engagement accounts in which she works with Resolute’s diverse team of PR professionals, marketers and graphic designers to ensure brand standards are met and messaging remains consistent.

With public relations and marketing experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors, Lacey brings a strong sense of adaptability. Her strengths in client relations, community engagement, event coordination and public speaking provide an all-encompassing toolkit for clients looking to enhance their marketing approach within the community.

Lacey serves on the boards of Tulsa Global Alliance and the TYPros Foundation. She is also a member of Leadership Tulsa Class 55, a Mine Fellow, active member and former board member for TYPros and most recently selected for “40 under 40” from Tulsa Business & Legal News.
